Delivery
Our lead times to complete orders for our various category Services are as follows:
- Request To Register Using The Contacts Form - within 24 hours
- Health Review Payment and Questionnare Completion - up to the Client
- Initial Review and Checking of Health and Test Data - within 5 business days
- Additional Testing Guidance if needed - within 2 business days of receiving the completed Health Questionnaire
- Health Consultation - after any additional test information is received by us - scheduled by Client via info@mahebahealth.com.au or via the on-line Appointments Scheduler
Scheduling
It is best to allow 2-3 working days for us to do the final review of your health and test data afterwhich you can schedule any open appointment slot that suits your availability to do the consulation.
Refunds (see Refunds Policy)
There are No Refunds applicable under any circumstances whatsoever once you have completed your Health Questionnaire. The reason for this is that as soon as we receive your Health Questionnaire we will start the information review process.
